Electrodynamical properties of a ”grid” volume resonator for travelling wave tube and backward wave oscillator
The electrodynamical properties of a volume resonator formed by a perodic structure built from the metallic threads inside a rectangular waveguide (”grid” volume resonator) is considered for travelling wave tube and backward wave oscillator operation. Peculiarities of passing of electromagnetic waves with different polarizations through such volume resonator are discussed.

The action for the long wavelength oscillations of a non-BPS p=3 brane embedded in N=1, D=5 superspace is determined by means of the coset method. The D=4 world volume Nambu-Goldstone boson of broken translation invariance and the two D=4 world volume Weyl spinor Goldstinos of the completely broken supersymmetry describe the excitations of the brane into the broken space and superspace directio...
متن کاملSe p 20 04 RG solutions for α s at large N c in d = 3 + 1 QCD
Solutions of RG equations for β(α) and α(Q) are found in the class of meromorphic functions satisfying asymptotic conditions at large Q (resp. small α), and analyticity properties in the Q 2 plane. The resulting α R (Q) is finite in the Euclidean Q 2 region and agrees well at Q ≥ 1 GeV with the M S α s (Q).
